A one-off licence to use the final PNG and SVG files of the designs in your order, for any lawful purpose, without expiry. One design £9, two £15, three £19, and £4 for each extra design in the same order (in the United States: $19, $29, $35 and $5 each extra, charged in US dollars). Prices are in pounds sterling unless shown in dollars, and are the total you pay. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Each code links directly to the website address you gave. It keeps working while that address stays online. We cannot change the destination of a finished code; a new destination needs a new code.
Every design passes a software scan check before you see it. Test your final files on real phones, at your print size and on your material, before printing in quantity. If a code won't scan, we'll fix it or refund you (see refunds).
Your files are digital content delivered immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. At checkout you tick a box to ask us to deliver straight away and to acknowledge that you lose that right to cancel once you download your files. Until you download them, you can cancel for a full refund.
You confirm you have the right to use any logo, name and website you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can also bring proceedings in your local UK courts.
