If a code won't scan, we'll fix it or refund you.
If a delivered file doesn't scan, or doesn't match its preview, tell us within 14 days of purchase at hello@wovenqr.com. We will fix it or refund that design.
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your files are downloaded.
Your designs are digital content delivered immediately. When you check out, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once you download. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Prices include no VAT, as we are not VAT registered.
